Festival Of Lights

When Berlin lights up in the most beautiful colors again in October, we're heading out together to discover some of the Festival of Lights' most impressive highlights.

We're planning to start at Alexanderplatz and take a leisurely stroll through Berlin's nighttime glow. Past glowing installations, impressive projections, and some of the festival's most stunning photo spots. On the agenda: the Nikolaiviertel, Berlin Cathedral, Museum Island, Unter den Linden, Bebelplatz, and the Brandenburg Gate.

There's no strict schedule and no mandatory program here. We'll take our time to marvel, photograph, chat, and of course snap a few good bear group photos. And if you've got a decent camera, bring it along—Berlin's light show offers plenty of motifs worth shooting with proper gear.

The route isn't set in stone: depending on mood, vibe, and light, we can spontaneously add stops, skip them, or tweak the route as we go. After all, the evening should be one thing above all: hanging out together, having a great time, and making Berlin glow.
